1. HOW TO ORDER
We prefer you order online through our secure server with a credit card or Paypal®. You can also order by phone, fax, or mail. We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Paypal®, checks and money orders as forms of payment.
Online:
Shopping online at Wicked Quiver is safe and convenient. Our secure servers are guaranteed to protect your credit card information. Please see our Privacy & Security policies for more information on how we protect and honor your identity.

Browse through each product sections or use the search function in the left column of each page.

When applicable, select options for each item such as color or size.

Click the Add to Cart button.

Confirm that the correct item was added to the Cart.

Adjust any quantities and click Update Quantities.

Either click the Checkout button or the Keep Shopping button.

If you clicked Keep Shopping, just click the Shopping Cart link to return.

When back in the Cart, click the Checkout button to continue.

Either sign in or create a new account.

Complete the Delivery and Payment Information and click Confim Order to finish. (Your credit card information is

How do I apply a Gift Certificate or Coupon to an order?
Just mention that you would like to use your Gift Certificate or Coupon in the Comments section of the order form. The Comments section is at the bottom of the Delivery Information page, the final part of the order process. Include the amount of the certificate and the name of the person who purchased it. If you're redeeming a coupon, just mention the details of the coupon. We will check your gift certificate or coupon with our records.
By Phone:
If you prefer to call Wicked Quiver with your credit card information, please follow steps 1 through 5 above and print your order. Then call Wicked Quiver at 212-924-3279. The Wicked Quiver team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. through 5 p.m. EST. Please have your credit card information ready.
By Fax:
Simply print your completed order form and fax it to 646-390-6499. Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment for fax orders.
By Mail:

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy; we can help you with that. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

3. OUR PRICES
At Wicked Quiver, we make every effort to provide you with the lowest prices, while adhering to our manufacturer's minimum retail pricing. All prices and descriptions listed are subject to change without notice. Any product may be removed from current sale at any time. We strive to provide the most accurate information to our customers. Typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction.
4. OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
About 95% of our orders ship within 2 business days. Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally run out of particular items. If an item you order is unavailable, we will backorder the item and attempt to ship for 30 days. If an item becomes available after 30 days, we will contact you prior to shipping.
6. SALES TAX
Wicked Quiver is located in New York, New York USA. We are required by law to collect an 8.625% New York City sales tax on orders delivered within New York only.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
We do not disclose to anyone for any reason the identity of our customers including phone numbers, email, and addresses. We suggest that you give us an email address, so that we may communicate with you regarding shipment, i.e. tracking numbers and expected delivery date.
